Recently, I have been frustrated with how unkind my kids have been to each other. Since my persistent requests to “be kind!” seemed to have gone unheard. I decided that a game or contest would instead be the best way to teach and guide them. I came up with a March Kindness Challenge for us each to complete 31 acts of kindness, and I want to extend the challenge to you also. My daughter created a poster and I created tracking sheets you can use to track your daily acts, or you can just journal about your month of kindness. Some kindness ideas include:
Be creative and spread goodness all around you! Share as you wish; be sure to tag #spreadgoodness #marchkindness #spreadlove #marchkindnesschallenge. Please join my kids and me in this challenge, as our intention is to spread as much kindness as possible.
