Principles Cube

Self-love is a journey, and it comes in different forms:
  • Breathing: taking time to pause and reflect
  • Communicating: being open with your own feelings and in your interactions with others
  • Nourishing: sustaining your body with healthy fuel
  • Moving: allowing ourselves to bend and stretch
  • Challenging: testing our ability to take time for ourselves and monitor how we are feeling
  • Creating a Routine: making time for the things that inspire us.
This cube reminds us of the most important things we can do for ourselves and encourages us to make better choices to nourish our souls as we deal with our daily challenges.
