Kerry's Approach: I believe we each have all the answers within our core. I serve as a guide to bring awareness to how you can take forward action to have the life you want and deserve. We are each unique and what works for others may not work for you. Together, we will pull from my toolbox that which you need today and determine what will work for you where you are now. The one thing we all can benefit from is a bit more self-care, love and nurturing. If we take care of ourselves first, many times other areas of our life fall into place nicely.

Tune In SessionWhatever issue you're facing, this session will facilitate tuning into your personal awareness and guidance for positive resolution. You will leave feeling grounded, renewed and ready to take forward action.

6 Sessions Personal CoachingSix coaching sessions will allow for clarity, strategy, skill development, environmental optimization and an overall improvement in your quality of life.
You will receive the following from personal coaching: 1.) Clarity on vision and direction 2.) Strategy for your action plan 3.) Determine skills to be upgraded 4.) Optimize your environment 5.) Master your psychology (overcome fears and anxieties holding you back) 6.) 45-60 minutes via phone or Skype and frequent email check-ins Note: use within 3 months |
6 Months On-Going Personal CoachingYou will receive the following from on-going personal coaching:
1.) Same approach as the 6 session package, with more real-time support over a 6 month period 2.) Monthly check-in call 45-60 minutes 3.) Weekly email check-ins 4.) Optimize your environment 5.) Master your psychology (overcome fears and anxieties holding you back) |
