Yoga Pose Cube
This cube has great use for yoga students and teachers, but can also be a great reminder to find relaxation. Feeling stressed? Just feel like stretching? Roll the cube to find a random position, and try to hold it for a few minutes or as long as you can. Try other variations of the same pose, pose category, or a new pose entirely. Categories include relaxing, twists, bends, inversions, stretching, and balancing.
