Mindfulness

Mindfulness is being in the present moment in an non-judgmental way with an awareness of all sensations within and around us. The easiest way to practice mindfulness is to bring awareness and gratitude to each part of your day. Take time to feel sensations and allow thoughts to pass by and try to focus on the rhythm of the routine tasks.  Take a moment to look at nature and see the beauty. What did you notice today? How did you feel?
