Breathing

Tap into your energy by just focusing on your breath. Bring awareness to your breathing - pay attention to your feelings. Simple awareness can lead to better and easier choices. Try the following exercise:
  • Take a full inhalation filling up your lungs completely, now PAUSE, and exhale slowly to move the breath completely down your body
  • Notice how your nervous system instantly calms itself
